Week 1 workouts

Monday-Thursday I do my daily workouts of the week. Monday is usually a heavy leg day with a light running for my finisher and cool down period. Tuesday Is generally a good upper body workout. I workout my chest, back and shoulders. Wednesday Is the day where I hit the cross fit phase of my workouts. Meaning a lot of high tempo running,reps and exercises. Thursday is my day where I just do cardio. I start the workout off with a light run and then I enter that main part of the workout which was a mile this week.
